Mosman Local Zumba Group

 

Meet local fitness and dance lovers based on Latin-American dances called 'Zumba with Luiza and Nat'. Filled with joy, laughter and banter, our friendly group is looking for more like-minded people to join us in the heart of Mosman at St Clements Church Hall. The session is a regular weekly activity which will get your heart rate up and give you a full-body workout while you dance. There are no lock-in contracts so it gives you freedom to attend when you can. All busy mums love it! In the month of August, we offer a special: 4 sessions for $40 (T&Cs apply).
